In Spain (Peninsula) shipments will be in 24-48 hours. For the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands the delivery time is 48-72 hours.
In Europe the delivery time is 3 to 5 days, and for the rest of the world the delivery time is 7-10 days.
Remember that if you have bought several products on our website they may arrive in different shipments.
Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of the check out.
It is our priority to offer quality products and excellent service. For this reason, the customer can request an exchange in case of not being satisfied with the purchase. For which the customer must make a request via email: [email protected], after being reviewed and approved, the customer will receive an email detailing the return process.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any of these requests depending on the return case.
For the purposes of this policy, we clarify that the change is a request made by the customer, which aims to change a product for another.
Changes of garments may be accepted if there are:
- Quality problems (company responsibility)
- Other problems (unrelated to the company): These are involuntary mistakes made by the customer when choosing the type of garment, for example in terms of size, color, or model.
- The customer will have a maximum period of 15 calendar days, counted from the date of receipt of the order, to submit their request for exchange via email [email protected]
This will be viable as long as it is ensured that the product:
- It has been purchased through the Paqu The Alpaca Revolution E-Commerce platform (www.paquthealpacarevolution.com).
- The product must be sent in exactly the same condition in which the customer received it: unworn, unwashed and without alterations of any kind and with all tags and accessories.
- It has the original packaging and labels.
Under no circumstances money refunds will not be accepted in cash or for balances in favor of the client.
